Guidelines for 2010
 
  • Charge for vendor booths is $100.00 payable in advance and not refundable for a rain date.
  • All vendors must provide their own tent, bus pans, wash stations, tables, chairs and signage
  • Vendors must fill out the Public Health Forms and return to the Festival office no later than one week prior to the event
  • All vendors will receive a 12 X 12 ft area that will be designated by the committee. Please check in with main office tent for your assigned area
  • All food vendors must cover their tables with a vinyl tablecloth that will not be provided
  • We encourage you to hang your sign at your booth to promote your business or organization
  • If electricity is needed a $50.00 charge will apply
